ASK Telemarketing - Political

ASK Telemarketing (Advanced Sales Knowledge), located in Montgomery Alabama, provides call center marketing activities for political campaigns as dictated by election cycles. ASK asked Amcat to increase its outbound contact capacity quickly to meet demands of multiple political marketing campaigns. Additionally, ASK required different types of messages delivered via the software technology.

  • Web-based agent interface allows managers to build new customer tailor agent scripts and modify them as needed.
  • Amcat dialer provided three messaging types:
  • Live Fronted Messages: agent speaks to the constituent and asks permission to deliver an automated message.
  • Live Scripted Messages: agent talks with the individual and provides a complete political message with the person called.
  • Background Answering Machine Delivery: automated messages are left on an answering machine.

Result

  • Increased profitability with new political business
  • Completed almost 2 million contacts in short time span
