Amcat Q2 2005 Newsletter for UK and Europe

Amcat's 2nd Quarter newsletter for the UK and Europe is now available!  

 

This edition contains a new column called ‘Making Contact’.  This will be a regular feature involving an interview with a call centre executive from one of our customers.  This quarter it’s Tony Bailey from LBM.
