Amcat 'Enterprise Edition' Wins Product of the Year 2005

Amcat Receives Customer Inter@ction Solutions® Magazine’s “Product of the Year” Award for 2005

 

Edmond, Oklahoma / Manchester, UK - January 04, 2006 — Amcat™ announced today that Technology Marketing Corporation’s Customer Inter@ction Solutions® magazine (www.cismag.com) has named Amcat’s Enterprise Edition as recipient of the 2005 Product of the Year Award.

 

The Enterprise Edition is a new version of Amcat’s highly scalable Contact Centre Suite designed for larger enterprise and multi-site contact centres.  The product seamlessly integrates remote or distributed contact centres into a centrally managed, networked operation, thereby reducing operating costs such as local support and campaign management.  By using Microsoft clustering technology, the Enterprise edition also provides an enhanced level of resilience reducing single points-of-failure.
