Amcat Appoints New Leadership for UK and EMEA

Manchester, UK, 7th June 2006 - Amcat, a global leader in customer care & interaction solutions, announced today the appointment of Phil Hagen as new Managing Director for UK & EMEA.  He replaces Marcus Robinson who started the company’s UK operation in 2000 and is returning to the US to join an expanded executive management team at the Amcat corporate headquarters in Oklahoma City.  The expanded corporate team including CEO, Michael Rohleder and CFO, Mark Patterson is executing a strategy and a vision that addresses the needs of companies not only with conventional contact centres, but for any type of business involved in customer interaction that wants to provide better customer care with reduced costs.
