Each Noble-Amcat ‘key technology’ is a true building block for a complete call centre solution
The Noble-Amcat Contact Centre Suite embraces the key technologies that call centres use daily and integrates them into a unified, comprehensive solution.

The solution is modular:

  • Amcat software is designed and sold modularly, so you only need to purchase the technology you need to meet your business goals saving your organisation money and reducing complexity.
  • Technologies such as inbound or outbound contact, IVR and more can be purchased separately or added later as your needs change.
  • For example, you can start with outbound and add inbound contact and IVR at a later time.

Key technologies are tied closely together

  • Some key technologies are tightly integrated elements of the inbound and outbound call management solutions and cannot be purchased separately or as independent solutions.
  • Technologies that are not purchased as separate, independent modules include CTI, Digitized Recording, Multi-channel Contact, and Workforce Management & Reporting.
