  • SmartCancel™:  Amcat dialers tear down out-pulsed calls at the last millisecond for lower abandonment rates and stricter service level compliance.
  • Configurable area codes - begins and ends calling based on the time of day.
  • Do Not Call List’ - applied to individual or multiple outbound marketing or collections campaigns.
  • Call Pacing - a powerful call pacing algorithm monitors over 30 events each 1/10 of a second and makes real time adjustments to the call patterns. The Call Pacing algorithim, deletes the appropriate number of telephone numbers from the queue when the algorithm determines that no agent is available.
  • Speed of Call Transfer - Amcat's speed of delivering the call to an agent, or a procedure such as leaving a recorded message, is the fastest in the industry.
  •  Reporting - The Amcat solution provides over two dozen standardized reports for use in call center management and compliance reporting. The database system also stores massive amounts of data as required by industry regulations for collection and marketing campaigns.
  • Fractional Agent Quotient: Amcat dialers only use statistics relevant to each outbound project for inclusion in the sampling set and algorithmic calculation.
  • Documentation facility - database recording for reporting and analysis.

A pacing algorithm regulates the number of outbound calls made based on the probability of an agent being available. This technology enables call centers to reduce the occurrence of silent calls and comply with industry regulations.
